Welcome to the Early Childhood Education Center!

Every child belongs. Every family matters. Every day in an opportunity to learn through play.

Wood Dale School District 7 provides inclusive, play-based preschool programming for children ages three through five. ECEC includes Preschool for All programming, bilingual preschool programming and language supports, early childhood special education services, and a cooperative special education classroom in partnership with the North DuPage Special Education Cooperative. Although our classrooms provide different types and levels of support, we are one ECEC community. Every child is a valued member of our school.

Children learn through purposeful play, exploration, conversation, movement, creativity, and meaningful relationships. Our staff partners with families to support each child’s academic, social-emotional, language, physical, and developmental growth while building confidence, independence, curiosity, and a strong foundation for future learning.
